Compliance Statement

Noteefy is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the accessibility requirements outlined in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our noteey.com site is a work in progress.

Our Compliance

As part of our commitment, we recently received a comprehensive accessibility assessment by a 3rd party to evaluate our website’s compliance with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 standards. Based on this review:

• Our application supports or partially supports the criteria of WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA.
• Our application support or partially supports the criteria of Section 508.

Ongoing Efforts

We are dedicated to maintaining and improving accessibility by:

• Planned remediation of all criteria that received "partially supports" conformance level
• Regular accessibility audits and updates
• Training our developers and content creators in accessibility best practices
• Providing alternative formats for content upon request

Known Limitations

Administrative Charts

We provide data visualization to our administrators using MongoDB Charts. These charts are not accessibility compliant and are loaded in a way that prevents us from manually applying appropriate accessibility attributes. We are actively strategizing an alternative solution that gives us more control over keyboard navigation and screen reader announcements.

Administrative Tables

Table components used in the administrative interface are partially complaint. Some table features may not be keyboard navigable or screen reader accessible. We are actively working to find and implement an alternative solution.
