This is Noteefy's first Revenue Operations Senior Manager, and it's a role built for someone who wants to own something from the ground up. You will be the connective tissue between our go-to-market motion and our financial reporting, bringing structure to how deals are contracted, how commissions are calculated, how revenue is spread and recognized, and how all of it translates into clean, auditable numbers for accounting.

As a BDR at Noteefy, you'll be the tip of the spear for our sales organization. This is a call heavy role: you'll spend most of your day on the phone with golf operators and MCOs, not just sending emails and hoping for replies. You'll identify, engage, and qualify prospects, book meetings for our Account Executive team, and help drive pipelines for both our Core platform and Noteefy Insights. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in SaaS sales, thrives on high-volume outbound calling, and wants exposure to a fast-growing product line from day one.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will have a chance to shape the success your customers have with the Noteefy platform by using best practices and a consultative approach to guide a customer to achieve their desired goals. Given that we are an early-stage startup, you will own many of the components of a customer’s journey: Relationship Management, Retention, Education, Advocacy, and Support.
