Case Study

Granite Links Golf Club

How Granite Links gave golfers a better way onto one of Greater Boston’s most in-demand tee sheets, took a manual waitlist process off their staff’s plate, and saved nearly 4,000 pro shop calls.

The Club

Granite Links Golf Club is a 27-hole semi-private facility in Quincy, Massachusetts, just off the highway and minutes from the heart of Greater Boston. With close to 580 members and nearly 42,000 rounds played last year, it is one of the most active and in-demand golf operations in the region.

The Challenge

When a golfer could not find a tee time, they could fill out a form. Staff would monitor the tee sheet, watch for openings, and manually match available slots to waitlisted golfers. It worked, but it was slow, manual, and entirely dependent on someone having the time and attention to manage it. On a busy day at one of Boston’s most in-demand courses, that was not always a given.

The Solution

Granite Links went live with Noteefy in Spring 2025 on their Northstar tee sheet. The Waitlist launched immediately, giving golfers a way to register their playing preferences and receive an automatic notification when a matching tee time became available.

The Results

Before Noteefy, there was no way to know how many golfers were visiting the tee sheet and leaving without a time. Now that data exists. 14,049 searches and growing tells a clear story: the demand for Granite Links far exceeds what the tee sheet can accommodate, and the waitlist is the mechanism that makes that demand visible and actionable.

I can’t express how happy we have been with the whole system from AI Assistant to Waitlist and can’t wait to build on this in the future.
